Africa's energy sector is expanding rapidly — yet a persistent skills gap slows deployment of the solar, storage, and grid infrastructure the continent urgently needs. Engineering graduates leave university technically literate but professionally unprepared.

FORGEA bridges that gap through a structured, mentor-driven curriculum that pairs technical mastery with real-world professional skills: project leadership, financial literacy, AI tools, and the ethics of engineering in complex environments.

Every Fellow leaves with a verified professional profile, an industry mentor relationship, and the competencies to immediately contribute to Africa's energy transition.
